LISA's EP PRESS PLAY arrives Oct. 23 after Thai-greeting single SaWaDiKa

📰 Summary

BLACKPINK’s LISA releases her EP PRESS PLAY on Oct. 23. The Korea Times reports six tracks, led by “SaWaDiKa,” a hip-hop prerelease single that came out in early September. The title is the Thai greeting for “hello.”

It’s her first solo music since her full-length album Alter Ego in February 2025.

🎬 More LISA this fall

Her documentary Always Lalisa opens in theaters worldwide on Oct. 12. In November she plays “VIVA LA LISA” at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Sony Music Entertainment Korea says she is the first K-pop artist to hold a solo residency there.

💡 Context for new fans

LISA is from Thailand, so a Thai greeting as a single title is a nod to her roots. She is still a BLACKPINK member; solo releases like this run alongside group activities.
