Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-10

This policy explains what information Keverything (https://k-everything.pages.dev) collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

  • Basic server logs. Our hosting provider may record IP addresses, browser type and pages requested to keep the site secure and running.
  • Cookies, only with consent. If advertising or analytics are enabled, we show a consent banner. Advertising and analytics scripts load only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
  • Forum accounts. If you create a player account, we store your username, a securely hashed password (never the password itself), your character settings, bio, posts, replies and points. We don’t ask for your email or real name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we request no profile or email access and store only the anonymous account ID they give us, so we can recognize you next time. A login cookie keeps you signed in; it is strictly necessary for the forum and is not used for advertising. To limit spam we keep short-lived, one-way hashed network identifiers for rate limiting, deleted after about two days. Posts you remove are hidden from everyone; to delete your account and data entirely, contact us through our Contact page.
  • Comments. Comments are powered by Giscus, which uses GitHub Discussions. Commenting requires a GitHub account and is governed by GitHub’s privacy statement.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is processed by our newsletter provider only to send you the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Advertising

We may use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google’s Ads Settings page. Learn more in Google’s “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.”

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Data is aggregated and we do not try to identify individual visitors.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us through our Contact page.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
